WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR SUPERFOODS AFTER YOU GET THEM HOME

Begin each morning with GOLDEN NONI ELIXIR (one once) with Blue Green Algae sprinkled on top (approximately 1/8 teaspoon).  (It is best to drink Noni on an empty stomach.)

Make a superfood smoothie. 


ANYTIME SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE RECIPE:

In a very high speed blender (like a Vitamix). Start with…

A liquid base of whatever amount you desire.  Choose ONE of the following:

·      organic coconut milk  (canned or fresh)
·      coconut water
·      spring water
·      diluted fruit juice
·      herbal tea
·      Fresh nut milk of choice
·      Oat or barley milk
·      Juice of whole young Thia coconut with the meat

      Add to the liquid base ALL of the following:
        
            ¼ Cup Almonds (soaked overnight and drained)
¼ Cup Goji Berries (soaked overnight—use the water!)
1 Tablespoon Rainbow Superfood Smoothie Mix
2  teaspoons Coconut Oil (per cup of liquid serving)
1 Tablespoon Jeruselum Artichoke Syrup
            one or two frozen bananas
            pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt

This will make a delicious, complete meal and you will be satisfied for hours.  Blend on high speed until very creamy.  


MAKE A TRAIL MIX:
Goji Berries
Inca Berries
Cacao Nibs
Almonds
