HYDRATION #1

Did you know that there are four ways to get dehydrated.

  • drinking too much water
  • not eating enough salt 
  • not drinking enough water
  • eating (or drinking) too much salt

  2. I love the idea of drinking the chia throughout the day as a tasty beverage. I've just been having some of my gel diluted every morning but having it with me throughout the day sounds more sustaining! Thanks Mary!
