SPICY THAI WILD JUNGLE PEANUT SAUCE


1 Cup Bright Earth Foods Wild Jungle Peanuts (soaked overnight)
Juice of 2 limes
2  tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2  tablespoons  Nama Shoyu
½  Cup  sesame seed oil
1 Tablespoon Jerusalem Artichoke Syrup
2 inches (or more) of fresh ginger root 
4 cloves fresh garlic   
2-4 spicy peppers (red or green)

spring water-add to desired consistency

Place all ingredients into a high- powered blender and blend until creamy and smooth.   Spread this sauce onto Nori Wraps with your favorite veggies with CHUD and enjoy!  You can add more water to make this a thin dipping sauce.
