SUPERCCINO (SUPERFOOD HOT CHOCOLATE)

My whole family loves this rich and creamy superfood hot chocolate.  This is one of our favorite breakfasts. 

Secure the blender lid VERY tightly.  This is a hot drink!

First make The Cashew Cream

½ cup raw cashew pieces
pinch of Raw Ground Vanilla
2-3 pinches of Himalayan Sea Salt
3-5 drops of liquid stevia
1Tablespoon of Jerusalem Artichoke Syrup

Then add ½ cup hot (boiled) water and blend on high speed until very creamy.

Add to the top of this Cashew Cream mixture: two more cups of boiling water (you can add more hot water if you prefer this drink to thinner).

Then add:

2 teaspoons of Raw Cacao Powder
2 teaspoons of  Raw Maca Powder
1 teaspoon of Raw Ground Acia Powder

Feel free to add any other superfood powders to the mix at this time:-) 

Turn the blender on low and gradually increase the speed until well blended.  Pour into mugs.

Then stir into each mug 1 Tablespoon of Raw Organic Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. This is the most pure source of wonderful and complete fat for the body.  It is best to honor the beautiful structure of this molecule and gently stir it into your hot drinks with a wooden spoon.

Sweeten each serving with more Jerusalem Artichoke Syrup and or Stevia drops to taste (if needed) after adding the coconut oil.

Enjoy this delicious hot beverage for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

This makes enough for one LARGE serving—or two-three small servings).
